You and you workers have taken our old farm house/hunting cabin to a wonderful new residence.

The new roof, siding, windows and patio you did a few years ago causes the neighbors look twice to see if they were on the right street.  We now have a great view of the lake from inside and out and this has cut our utilities in half.

Bit by bit you have changed the inside until we too are not sure we are in the right place.  First you turned the upstairs attic into three guest rooms and a bathroom.  I still cannot believe you were able to build that shower with the slant in the ceiling the way you did.  It is roomie and I love the seat.

Then you gutted the main floor and moved walls to give us more kitchen space and an open stairway up to the guest rooms. This year, with the new hardwood in the living room, the porcelain tile in the kitchen and eating area it is truly a new home.  I love the crown molding you suggested too, it takes the house up one more level.

Thank you for working with us and doing this in sections as we could afford it over the past several years.  It is no longer an old hunting cabin we shared with the mice, but instead a place both my wife and I can enjoy our retirement and a wonderful and safe place for the grandkids to come and visit.

We used Eric and his company to finish our basement. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. Eric has wonderful design ideas (things I would've never even thought of) and the expertise to get them accomplished. He has hard workers, is able to multi-task and pull everything together quite efficiently. This company is a one stop shop, they can do anything you need and all products can be selected through them. ALL of the employees are hard working, extremely flexible and nice. They went out of their way to make us happy. Really good people - all of them. They do high quality work. Our basement isn't just another generic basement, it's beautiful and elegant. Doesn't even look like a basement. Much of this is due to Eric's ideas and his employees craftmanship to pull it off. Their bid is very fairly priced for the quality of work you receive. We couldn't be happier and consider all of these guys now friends. Use this company - you'll be glad you did. They make it so easy. They're quick too. Our basement only took about 6 weeks and the results are amazing.
